MailTalkX - How to Collaborate With Team Members on Threaded Conversations
MailTalkX is a desktop application for Windows that offers a variety of email capabilities. It's easy to respond to messages with an email editor and includes tools for inserting snippets, quotes, documents, meeting links, knowledge base articles, and video into your responses.
It also allows you to collaborate with team members on threaded conversations. Using conversations reduces clutter by combining related emails into a single email thread, which is useful for responding to and replying to a long group of emails.
Conversations are grouped by the subject line of each message, so you can view all messages related to the topic in one place. You can turn on or off the Conversations feature in Gmail's settings to decide whether it's more helpful for you to see all related emails in one place or keep them in separate email threads for individual messages.
Depending on your preferences, you may also want to use Conversation Cleanup regularly to remove messages that are no longer relevant. Alternatively, you can set a recurring appointment to run the process automatically.
Show Messages from Other Folders
This option displays the messages in the conversation that are stored in other folders, like Sent items, as well as in your mailbox. You can choose to include the related messages in a conversation until you quit Mail or exclude them until you delete the thread.
Show Senders Above the Subject
This option shows the sender names above the subject in the conversation, so you can quickly identify which message came from whom.
